What you need to know about your fitting.
- There is typically a brief waiting period for appointments, expect no sooner than 2 weeks from the date you contact us.
- We will hold your appointment for 24 hours after it is agreed to by email.
- After 24 hours we cannot guarantee the time, so make your deposit payment promptly please
- Fittings are on Tuesday or Thursday
- Fittings start at 1:00 P.M.
- Fittings typically take 3 to 5 hours to complete if you read the book sent to you. Longer if you do not.
- During a complete fitting you may be required to hit from 50 to 100 golf shots with various clubs.
- Fittings may require a scond or third appointiment to complete the entire process for irons, hybrids and fairways, driver and putter.
- Once you clubs have been built It is best that you pick up your new irons in person so we can dynamically fit and adjust lies on all irons before you use them.
- Deposits and fitting fees are non-refundable and will be charged if you miss your appointment no refund will be given.
- If you miss your appointment you will have to reschedule and pay a deposit again.

- Our business if fitting, not selling golf clubs. But we build golf clubs as an extended service to you to insure that you get exactly what you are fitted for. We have found over the years that no golf club company builds to the spcifications and standards required for proper fitting set of clubs and no company has the selections of head designs and shaft options we can use to produce your custom fitted golf clubs. By controlling the process all the way through we are able to build a set of clubs to the exacting specifications required for you to play your best golf.
If you are coming from out of town:
- Let us know you willl be traveling and be prepared for and be in shape for a long process if you want to complete the entire fitting in one trip. If that is your wish we will attempt to complete it but we can't guarantee we can.
- Consider the fact that you may have to make more than one trip to do everything right.
- Hotels are within 5 to 20 minutes of the shop and are priced from $69 per night up...
- We work with a number of hotels and will try and advise you on the best location for the price you want to pay.
- We are only minutes from the Airport in Columbus
- We are about an hour and 15 minutes from the Atlanta Airport going South on I-85
- We are only minutes from I-185 off Exit 7 in Columbus
- We are only minutes from most of the Restaurants you have in your town
- We are only minutes from 2 Public Golf Courses if you want to stay for a few days and play golf while you are here.
- Bull Creek Golf Course is listed in Golf Digest's top pubic courses and is the home course for the Columbus State University Golf Team
- Mark Immelman is the Teaching Professional at Bull Creek Golf Course, and the Golf Coach at CSU
- All in all Columbus has a great many attractions that migh make you want to come here and stay for a vacation.
Charges for fittings, clubs etc:
- Fitting are $125.00 per hour and you are paying a deposit of $250 that pays for the first 2 hours of the fitting. Fittings may take up to 5 hours or more
- You will be billed for any additional launch monitor time in excess of your deposit before you leave.
- Booking Fees are non-refundable* and you will be charged if you miss your scheduled time. If you have to reschedule you will be required to pay another Booking Fee.
- Follow up appointments (if we can't finish in one session) will be charged at a minimum of 1 hour per session and are also non-refundable and you will be charged the minimum if you miss your appointment. Each time you schedule a time you will be charged.
- Club purchases require a 50% deposit based on an estimate after your fitting with the balance due when the clubs are ready for pick-up
- Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for you clubs to be ready for pick-up
- We will ship to all 48 states but not to Alaska or Hawaii or out of the U.S.
- You will be charged for all shipping
- We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all clubs when we recommend them
- Purchase of any other clubs other than the recommended clubs will have a standard warranty for workmanship and defects in that all defective parts and workman ship will be repaired or replaced for 1 year. Only recommended clubs will have a money back guarantee.
- We do not warranty abused equipment and we do not replace abused equipment, nor normal wear.
* Please note: if you have a medical emergency or acceptable family emergency we will work with you. But, we have a limited number of available times and cancellations will forfiet their booking fees and have to pay again to reschedule.
