About Us
Hand Made Quality Golf Products...
customized and made your way at reasonable prices.
Our custom clubs are analyzed, measured and built to the very highest standards to remove any manufacturing imperfections from them so you can play a better game of golf with more consistent equipment. Although we have only the best products from the best companies in the world, they are manufactured to industry standards and assembled to industry standards. We adjust the weights and flexes and align the shafts so that all of the manufacturing tolerances are reduced to near perfection in each or our hand crafted match sets.
- Industry standard flexes are 10 cycles per minute (cpm) on a frequency analyzer - we fit flex to 2 cpm standards
- Most shafts are measured by butt flex - we measure in 7 position on wood shafts to adjust the butt, mid section and tip flexes to your swing
- Shaft manufacturing may leave shafts with different flex measurements if measured in all 360° or orientation - we align the shaft in the optimum position for maximum consistency and center face contacts. This gives you more consistent yardage and dispersion from side to side on each shot.
- Head weights from the factory have a 7 gram per head progression with a plus or minus 2 gram difference allowing for a wide range of swing weights in each set manufactured without correction. - We make weight corrections to insure exact swing weights throughout the set.
- MOI measurements - We even go a step further and adjust our sets to Moment of Inertia measurements that are far more exacting than swing weight and play much better.
- Proper length is important for hitting each shot in the center of the club face as well as allowing for proper swing path. We measure your swing path and face angle with our electronic equipment to insure you have the proper length for your golf swing. We make allowances for plus or minus 2 inch deviation from standard off the rack fitting.
- Proper Weight and Balance is also important for not only correct swing path but for correct face angle at impact. We use our electronic equipment to measure and fit you to the proper total weight, swing weight or MOI and balance point at the proper length for your golf swing to allow for your best swing path and face angle at impact.
