Eastern, US. However, Since most of our products are built to order there may be occasional delays due to customizations or stocking issues. If you receive damaged goods, please contact the shipping agent and address the damages directly with them. They will need to inspect the shipping containers to honor their insurance claim, so please be sure you follow their instructions carefully. We cannot honor replacement requests for goods damaged in shipping without specific instructions from the shipping agent. International Shipping An additional charge will be added to International shipping depending on the current rates. This is subject to change without notice.
Returns No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number (RA). To receive an RA, please Contact Us by calling our toll free number - 1-877-324-7490. We will need to know the reason for the return prior to issuing a Return Authorization number. Please state your name and order information. We will review your request and provide you with an RA and return instructions as soon as we can. Wait for a your RA number authorizing your return before returning any merchandise, no returns will be accepted without an RA. You are responsible for shipping and insurance costs on all returns unless we specifically inform you otherwise.
A minimum 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns of unused customized items. A higher charge may be levied under certain circumstances. Unused items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase, subject to an optional 10% restocking fee. This fee will depend on the item.
Used items may be returned if they are damaged during normal use, and the damage is a result of defects in materials or workmanship. We warrant all merchandise for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. This warranty will be void if the damage to your equipment is through misuse or abuse.
We reserve the right to refuse to accept any return under these or any other conditions at our discretion. |
